It was completely automated and you can’t even pause, it really stresses you out even if you’re a good candidate, you only get 30 secs to think i guess and 60 seconds to speak.

The interview process took place on an online platform in which I was asked a question and then given 30 seconds to think about it before recording my reply and submitting it. Each question needed to be answered in a max of 2 minutes.

What is a problem that you faced on a previous project and how did you solve it?
The first round was with HR. The second round of interview was with the Digital Marketing Team and the last round was with the team lead. Knowledge about the position and analytical background is questioned in them.
