Entretien
The first phase consisted of online application. After the feedback from this phase you have to perform a reasoning online test. This test consists of around 25 questions with a time limit of 20 minutes. Any SHL test should help you prepare for this. The next phase is a video interview where you record the answers to the 6 questions asked.

Entretien
The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.

Entretien
Hirevue interview. Series of questions asked and answered. Focussed on communication skills and experience in external affairs. Probably about 3 questions, with 2 minutes to answer each one. Still pending to hear whether I was accepted into the scheme
