I found the company through google searching for C programming jobs. Sent resume to them and later got a call for an interview. They did not explain what kid of job responsibilities I will be carrying, what kind of programmers they are looking for etc. When I went for interview, I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone came. He was totally unprepared and it looked like as if they did not plan anything and at the moment when I reached there they just asked of the programmers to take interview .
