Was a three part process. One was a codesignal interview with 2 easy and 2 medium problems. Only solved 2 but got moved on. Next was a phone screening where I was asked "Why Visa". Lastly was a 2 part interview with 2 technical managers.

Hacker Rank Online Assessment with 2 foundational qns and 1 intermediate qn. The intermediate was a binary search question. Solved 1 intermediate and 1 foundational qn. After the OA, interview offered to selected candidates which involved qns on linux commands, IaC tools.
Code signal then recruiter call and then interview with director and manager, each one hour. The next day the manager called me to talk more and have follow up convo.
