J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Visa Inc. (Bengaluru) en janv. 2022

There was an online assessment.
Then, three rounds were scheduled.
First round: Went well. The interviewer was polite and asked a range of questions from front end, SQL, security, Angular lifecycle, REST APIs etc
Second round: Interviewer seemed confused as the round was for one hour but she wanted to take more time. One DS Algo question(LC Medium) and one System Design question. We kept switching between coding and design which made the interview unnecessarily complicated.
I was also asked DevOps experience as well.
Third Round: The worst round in my experience. This was a kind of HR-Tech round. The interviewer asked weird questions and started playing some video when I was answering. I could hear the sound of the video he was playing and it was extremely disrespectful. He cut the interview short(dropped within 25 minutes) and I had already decided to not work at Visa if he ends up being my manager.
I waited for 5 days and called the recruiter to know the result as I never received any response.
They said that the second rounds were 50:50 which is obvious since they did not even have the interviewing skills to assess a candidate and no person would have cleared the rounds.
Got an email one week later from recruiter that they are no longer hiring for this role.
Unprofessionalism at its peak!

I went through the process twice for two separate applications, about 3–4 months apart. The steps were mainly LeetCode, system design, and cultural fit interviews. If you’re solid on most medium-level LeetCode problems, you should be fine.
The process itself isn’t particularly difficult, but I think it’s mostly a numbers game since there are a lot of candidates competing.
The negative part was the communication from HR: constant ghosting and timelines that were never respected. I only found out I had been rejected after my second follow-up asking for feedback, more than a month after the last interview, and only once I started sounding frustrated in my messages.
Applied through careers page, received link for OA. The assessment was on CodeSignal, has 4 questions. 2 are easy, 1 medium and 1 hard. I solved 3 questions completely, did't receive interview invite
