J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Visa Inc. (Austin, TX) en mai 2014
Entretien
Ended up accepting my offer and enjoy the work I am doing now, however, the interview process itself was the worst I have experienced. The interview process took months and I interviewed with a total of 8 different people before I was finally given an offer. Luckily, I was employed at the time, but if that is a normal length of time to extend an offer, then Visa is going to lose some very qualified candidates who do not have the luxury to wait.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
For the majority of my interviews, it was directed more towards my personality and past work experience. One of the interviews was a bit harder in the sense that it was more technical and the interviewer was unpleasant.
Interview process was lengthy but not too difficult. Most questions were based on technology with some focus on interpersonal skills. I was asked to appear in four different rounds after initially being asked to appear for just 3 rounds.
There are behavioural questions (scenario-based questions), i.e. what would you do during a conflict? Also asked about knowledge of Visa, why you want to join Visa. Systematic, pleasant conversation. 4 part questions to answer, 45mins long.
