I received an interview request with a few days of applying. Very excited as this seems like a great position with a company who has values that I align with. Interview was odd, it was hr rep stating she had seven interview questions that were really odd. ‘How do you keep up with trends?’ Trends in what? Fashion, climate change?? ‘Describe teamwork’? One of the most bizarre interviews. I was told she would send answers to managers and I would hear early the next week as she was out of office all rest of the week. Two weeks later I’ve heard nothing. Terrible interview structure
