I recently interviewed for the Destination Manager role. The recruiter told me at the end of our conversation that next steps would be communicated within two to three weeks. The discussion felt positive, and I left the interview feeling encouraged about the process. When the timeline passed and I had not heard anything, I sent a follow up email to check on the status. I never received a response.

I made it to the final round of interviews, which was conducted as a panel. The interviewers asked long-winded questions that were difficult to interpret, and the format left little time to respond thoughtfully. Unfortunately, after completing the final round, I never received any follow-up or communication about the outcome.
