I had first phone screening with the recruiter. It was a phone interview. They started throwing questions at me one after the other without much interaction (as in human connection). This was the very first interview I had where they didn't know and refuse to provide any details about the nature of the job I am interviewing for. The scheduling and follow up all was through digital assistant, hence, I didn't have an option to follow up with the recruiter post-interview with any questions what-so-ever.

Several weeks long and interviewed by about 10 different people across the organization. Solid process but a little lengthy. Was able to interview with peers, managers, Sr. Leadership and all handled the discussion with great skill.
