This company is mismanaged and misguided. I observed dysfunction, disrespect, lack of cohesion, and miscommunication through every step of the interview "process". The main guy I interviewed with made blatant inappropriate comments such as "the people we are giving rides to never go to the dentist unless their teeth are falling out". Your disgust for the lower class of patients that keep your company afloat and pays your own bills (through contracts with Medicaid plans) was glaringly evident.
