Referred by friend who was vice president of operations. Phone screen interview, appointment at main office to complete hard copy application. Call from Human Resources, set meeting for in person interview. Introduction to 2nd Human Resources staff additional interview. Follow up call from Human Resources scheduling a face to face interview with Customer Service Department Director. Interview with Director, additional interview meeting with Customer Service Supervisors.

Skill sets, future goals, example of working with various types of customers.
Recruiter reaches out and later with a manager you do roleplay scenarios. This was a week or two before speaking to an actual manager. They get to know you some more.
Easy and straight foward. This review was requested by glassdoor. I have no much to say about the interview process. Beside this i had great experience and learns a lot.
Make sure you’re well dressed and prepared they like that don’t forget seriously and go look up questions to be prepared. The more prepared you look the more you stand out from the rest of people
