I received a phone call and a direct invitation in for an interview. During the interview the some of the questions were strange for identifying a financial analyst. had a preliminary interview with the hiring manager and another manager then met with who would have been my co-workers for another session.

Tell us about a time that you postponed a decision and why?
Phone screening then following with interviews back to back. Then got a call from HR received an offer overall the process is quick and interviewers are friendly good team and culture.

Entretien
straight forward, one day of in person interviews. No difficult questions. Be prepared to ask about Verizon and the day to day requirements of the job. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the organization
All formal interviews, both internal and external, are STAR based questions (discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result). Not sure about how contractors are interviewed. It is only difficult if you aren't well versed in how to answer STAR questions.
