Phone interview and face-to-face interview. This was an employee referral and can you believe that the company hasn't had the decentcy to turn my follow up calls and email. Probbably not a great place to work...

Do you have kids? On surface its a simple yes or no. But some employers don't like candidates with kids b/c kids get sick (requiring parents to take time off), kids need you after school (so harder to work late), kids mean hire healthcare costs...
