The interview was not too nerve racking. It was a Skype interview so the connection wasn't perfect but it went smoothly. Just smile and keep your eye on the camera. Have good lighting and think good thoughts. I was interviewed by Eastin. He was very informative and comforting to speak to. I am definitely excited about what Venterra has to offer. I applied a few times here and got a skype interview within 48 hrs. I expect to hear some good news soon. Good luck everyone!

First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
