I interviewed for this position for more than 2 months. An online assessment, HR round, coding round 1 and coding round 2. I did well in all of them and I was excited to get an offer only for them to tell me that the expectations for the role has been changed and it is on hold. They didn't even tell me this, I had to email and ask. Incredibly disappointed. Please understand that candidates are humans too and it takes a lot of time to prep and give interviews only for them to make decisions like these. Just tell us that you don't value human beings so that we can avoid applying.
