I had a great interview experience with Vanta. From my initial call with the recruiter to conversations with various team members, the process was professional, well-structured, and engaging. The interviews were thorough but never intimidating, with thoughtful questions that felt more like meaningful discussions than interrogations. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming and genuinely interested in getting to know me and my background. Overall, a very positive and candidate-friendly experience!

The interview process was organized efficient and enjoyable! Everyone was easy to talk to and most of the calls were pretty conversational vs rapid fire Q&A style, which I appreciated.
I suspect there are some internal changed going on at Vanta as the process was frenetic at best. I had an initial screen scheduled, the interview first asked to push back the call for an hour and then no-showed to the next call. She emailed me the next day asking to reschedule a few days out with no apology. On our first call there was zero information provided. She was several minutes late and the call amounted to 10 minutes of "what question do you have for me" type interview. She asked no questions about my background and provided zero context on the role and Vanta.
