Behavioral based interview. Required to interview with HR and then with the department.

It was an involved process as to be expected from a large company. A lot of back and forth with HR as well as a phone interview. I was expecting to meet with a several people. It was a little unnerving to meet with an entire group at once. They all had assessment form which they filled out as I was being interviewed. That I found distracting. Also the dynamic of talking to all at once wS challenging as it becomes easy to direct all your comments to one person.
