One of the most awful interviews. First there was a very nice lady who interviewed me and she said I am a good fit. She sent me to another person who did not even interview me and says..." you need to get 2 years of psychiatric experience" . Social worker dont need psychiatric experience to work in a hospice. They need reasonable clinical skills. Also, they had my resume. If they needed someone with psychiatric experience, then they shouldnt have called me. It shows that their hiring process is discriminatory

The interview was reasonably challenging. There was only one interview conducted, and one person interviewed me. Feedback was received in a reasonable amount of time. Questions were not challenging, and interviewer made me feel at ease.

Humiliating. Asked scenario-based questions out of my depth as a new social worker. Stated, "Other people have said you are kind of lazy." In front of the team. Why bother bringing me in for an interview?

Over the phone, due to the pandemic. The hiring supervisor called me and we spoke for about 45 minutes. She called me back for a second interview and made an offer after.
