I had got a call through an agency called recruitment brains for the position of hr recruiter and they scheduled my interview with urbanpro. I went to urbanpro office located in Bannerghatta road for the interview but the POC of that organization dint even know that I had an interview with them as it was not co ordinated by the vendor company and the POC tells me that they are not responsible for shortlisting as they don't have time for it so they ask the vendor company to just send the candidates for a walk-in. So After taking two rounds of interview and asking 1000 questions pertaining to my work experience the interviewer tell me that they will offer only 10% of CTC package on my current package, which is not even according to market standards for an experienced person. They wasted my time by taking interview and asking 1000 questions. It's the biggest flaw for a company to not to co ordinate properly with the vendors. So had a bad experience in giving the interview with this company who don't communicate properly with their vendors.
