J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unum (Chattanooga, TN) en avr. 2015
Entretien
I had a preliminary phone interview with an HR representative before being called in for an on-site interview. In both instances, the interview focused on behavior. Unum believes that past behavior is a predictor of future behavior. The phone interview was, obviously, a one –on-one interview with the HR representative. The on-site interview was a two-part panel interview. I spent 30 minutes with one 3 person panel before being turned over to a second 3 person panel for another 30 minutes.
