I was called in to do interviews at their Human Resources building. I went through a series of three interviews on the same day. Originally I went in for a Ride Operations interview, but ultimately got offered a Sales Associate position in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. They asked questions to ensure you knew about the books and that you are a personable individual. They told me I was hired the same day and then gave me details to my paid training.

easy going, met with hiring manager, answered a couple of customer related questions, then got the job offer right after the interview. signed paper work after with the talent management team.

Entretien
First you get a phone interview then you get an in person interview. If they let you go after the in person interview you probably did not get the job.
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
