I applied online, then a recruiter reached out for a for a phone screen after a couple days. About a week after that, I did two more 1:1 phone interviews with the VP of Marketing and Director of Product Marketing, which led to an on-site at the San Francisco office. Before interviewing in-person, I was asked to provide writing samples and complete a short assigned project. I interviewed with 8 members of the marketing and product team at the onsite, with a combination of behavioral and case questions. They also extensively asked about my previous experiences. A few days after the on-site, I was asked to provide several professional references. After which, I received an offer.
