One phone screen followed by Skype call since I was taking the interview remotely. There was a 20 days gap in between the two round of interviews. First interview was conducted by Team Architect/ Lead the Skype call was conducted by the Team lead, Senior Developer and the Team Manager

Regarding Spring MVC and Web Development Architecture questions
It took 2 months - 1 online interview, 1 phone interview and 1 interview with hiring manager and the team. The hiring manager's very friendly and the team put me at ease.

At the time it seemed like a fair process. Not long after I was hired, my roll and responsibilities changed significantly from what was described in the job description and discussed in the hiring interviews.

Entretien
I had two phone interviews with developers for a competency test. This involved COBOL questions. I submitted some sample code to the developers as part of a question. Then I spoke to my manager twice. We discussed my CV and what the position was. The questions related to my previous project work and the nature of the teams I worked with.
