Two interviews. One zoom with HR, prospective manager and a potential direct report. Second was hybrid with the same three as before and three department heads and one board member. Asked many standard questions, but provided little information about culture and work conditions. Seemed very cold.

Interviewed with entire Staff, the process took 3 months, Background check was not completed until I worked for 6 months with the company. Great group of people. Always food and now I'm just typing out many words for this program to allow me to continue the registration process. I attempted to register for a job search and it has forced me to review prior jobs and review an interview process before going forward to apply for real jobs. I've wasted at least an hour trying to do this. United Way is a great company and a great privilege to work for.
