I apply online and video interviews with the local team. They told me Hr will contact me after two weeks but never hear back from any of them. I send a follow-up email to the Hr who help me set up the interview but no response.

Standard interview process: recruiter call, video interview, in-person interview. Recruiter and team were fast to respond and flexible to schedule with. In-person interview utilized the STAR method for interview questions
This was a second time applying to work for United and the same role. I put a lot of time and effort into making sure the team knew I was there because I wanted to be and preparing myself for the interviews knowing how the format was. I was very candid with the panel this time and hit all the points, leadership qualities and skills I could bring to the team and showcasing I really wanted to be in this role and work for United. Unfortunately, the hiring manager and team found a better suited candidate I was told with not much more feedback.
