I applied for the position in August, got an interview in September, was told that the position had gone to someone else in October, and offered another position in December. The interview was in the standard STAR format. My first interview time was postponed due to a cancelled flight. The second attempt, they flew me up the day before and reimbursed my hotel/taxi expenses. I even got a free pen out of it!

The hiring process was a standard online application with an interview in person at the company headquarter at the Willis Tower in downtown Chicago, IL. The interview was standard interview questions in addition to position specific questions like can you read an IPC, aircraft operations knowledge, etc.
