Applied online, talent acquisition person reached out within days to set up initial interview with HR. Went on to meet with hiring manager. Third round with a number of members within team. Then meeting with hiring manager AGAIN to hear what a great addition I will be to the team. Then more meetings with team members who were out of the office the first time around. At this point, we are about 5-6 weeks into the hiring process…THEN…getting ghosted completely. I followed up with talent acquisition guy, who nonchalantly responded they were considering other candidates at that time. Never even received a rejection email. So unprofessional and a complete waste of time!
