Very well organized and pleasant. All people were very nice and pleasant and gave lots of insight into the company culture and business model. Very experienced and intelligent people. Also very passionate about their work.

Entretien
Interviewed with 15 people for an AD position. Half the folks were unclear on what the position was for. One high level person (VP/SVP level) confused my role with another role and it was awkward as they asked essentially unrelated questions. Extremely Awkward. No effort made to make the candidate comfortable. If you are going to have 15 people interview someone applying for an AD position, what is the point? Next time please have your hiring managers internally discuss what the roles are for before you make an interviewee feel this awkward and wasting your own people's time.
