Contacted a couple of days after applying online and scheduled interview for the following week. Arrived for the interview and asked the basic questions, such as " Why Ulta?", "Have you had any conflicts with fellow employees?", etc. Pretty laid back and straightforward. Interview lasted about 15-20 minutes and was contacted the same day to extend employment offer.
