The process was outlined clearly in advance, and generally conducted with professionalism and respect. The entire process consisted of two written tests followed by two Skype interviews, all spread across a month or so.

Ubisoft Milan 2018 - After sending your CV (I had a personal website) they will call you to set a meeting at their office. Their interview is split in different phases:
1. Test: elaborate a draft for a game choosing from 3 given game types
2. First interview with the recruiter
3. Second interview with lead designer
4. Third interview with producer
