Set questions about graduation and interest as well as abilities to do the job and willing to work in said conditions, heat, rain, etc., the interviewer was nice and timely but many people interviewed and makes it tough to guarantee an offer.

The interview was conducted via Teams and lasted about 30 minutes. I spoke with manager and department director. There was a single virtual interview followed by an email job offer.
