After a phone interview, there was an in person interview with one of the managers. USAA asks a lot of situational interview questions and prefers the answers to be in the STAR format (situation, task, action, result).

One phone interview, then an in-person interview. Was a nice easy process and area was very nice. All in all the process seemed streamlined and easy. Pretty much in and out

I liked the interview process. I liked the recruiters. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They were there to help and make the process smooth as possible. USAA would be a great company to work for.
