Interview was fairly straightforward; I was asked a lot of the expected interview questions having to do with my experience in customer relations/teamwork/meeting deadlines, etc. I was also asked to rate my experience from 1-10 (10 being expert) on different programs used each day at the job, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Edge. Then I had to perform for an assessment to judge my skills as an artist/ad designer. They had me create three types of web ads within 90 minutes. Directions were fairly straightforward, and I enjoyed the dual screen macs in the office. Overall a very nice environment and very professional staff.
