The interview was average. One one one interview, the manager wanted to get to know me as a person. He asked about my background and asked a few simple questions. I was given some background on the company and the interviewing managers background. Overall it was a good interview.

The interview process was easy. The interview was done on a zoom meeting and lasted about 30 minutes. Went through a serious of questions that I had to give examples of how I have had something similar happened and how I handled it

They use the STAR Method - Situation Task Action Result. Answer the interview questions in this format. Describe a time when you dealt with an angry customer. Interview was done remotely and I heard back within a few days.
