A straightforward and efficient process, I just applied to the USAjobs government website and completed the assessments. It was about six assessments and a writing essay assessment before the interview.
They used the STAR method is a structured manner of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are describing.

I completed the written exam, which focused more on writing skills than the job itself. The challenge was the no-copy-paste rule, making it crucial to retype content within a two-hour limit, even if using external tools like Word for drafting. The process could be streamlined if you compose directly on their platform. My grade was a 3 out of 6, and although I was nervous with grade it qualified me to move forward in the hiring process. Looking forward to the upcoming interview

3 interviewers, very short and to the point. Seemed to be reading off a list of questions mainly about past experience with immigration. Took a long time to hear back, about 3 months.
