None of the questions were particularly difficult or unexpected, but since it is a "structured" interview one must respond directly to specific questions of the "Tell me about a time when you were able to change someone's mind" variety. It may be difficult to dredge up a relevant answer on the spot. I am normally an excellent interviewer, but I found this "just the facts, ma'am" approach difficult. I left feeling as if I had blown the interview, but I was later told that it was considered very strong.
