Entretien
Selection process includes a written test followed by group discussion and concludes with Personal Interview .
Written Test - 200 objective questions in 3 hrs ( 25 Verbal +25 General Awareness+ 25 Hindi+ 25 Reasoning +100 technical) . Cut-off mark in Hindi section.
Group Discussion - Only for those who qualified in written test.
Personal Interview- Only who get qualified in written test.
There will be 5-6 members in each panel. One from HR and other from different technical sections ( Electrical , Mechanical, Control and Instrumentation etc ) . Starting with introduction they would ask basic technical questions from your field and from power sector (Especially Thermal Power Plant ).They would interview you for 10 mins
