Interviewer was very knowledgeable. They knew what they expected in an employee. They interview went well although there were some challenging questions at times. Department Head was also very well from their staff.

Very thorough behavior based questions that can get repetitive if you get invited to a peer interview after the initial one with the unit manager. It's a good idea to reflect on past and recent experiences so you won't be sitting in awkward silence trying to come up with an example.
