One hour test (completing a travel itinerary for a member of staff) followed by a one hour interview with a panel of three people. It was a fairly standard interview experience. However, I was disappointed by the whole system. 6 month unpaid internship in London, weren't willing to pay travel expenses to the interview, say that you can't get a job in 6 months after internship (although have seen that people have). Unpaid internships, especially full time and in London, are exploitative and favour those who are rich. Wasn't given the job due to being 'too experienced' which I was grateful for in the end, as no idea how I would have afforded it!
