The interview was conducted in two languages, first half in French and second half in English. I was asked about my personal experience and then competency-based questions. I was also asked about UNHCR's role in general and role in duty station, as well as their local partners.

Entretien
After a couple of weeks following the application, I have been invited for an interview which took place on Teams. The interviewers were very relaxed and made me feel immediately at ease. It was a competency-based interview.

Entretien
The process is not so formal and it seems that the employer's requirement and expectation is so high. The process lasts 30 min. The intern applicant should know more about the refugee expertise.
