Initially contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin, in which about a week later a phone screening was given. A few days later I took a short personality test online. About a week and a half later, I talked on the phone with the hiring manager, which lasted about 30 mins. Then, about a week later I went in for in person interview, which lasted 30 mins as well. Finally, 2-3 days after I had another 30 min. phone interview with a senior representative from the company. Offer was given to me later on in the day after my last interview. I met with very professional, friendly, and insightful staff throughout the process. Kronos is very impressive and it's people are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, so it was a great fit.
