I was a referral. I completed an initial interview over the phone with a recruiter. I then received a call letting me know I would be invited for a second interview over the phone with the hiring manager. After speaking with the hiring manager, I was again notified by the recruiter via phone that I would need to come in for an in person interview which we set up while on the phone. The in person interview lasted approximately 2.5 hours. I interviewed with an existing account manager, the hiring manager, and two team leads. Both the account manager interview and the team lead interview were more like shadowing and seemed geared and determining personality fit.

Easy. There was one phone call with a recruiter and then It was a zoom meeting with one manager and one director. It was about 30 minutes and pretty high level. They seemed busy.

fairly easy with general questions. tell us a little about yourself, how would you handle a difficult customer? etc. the manager was super nice and made it less nerve wrecking.

Very straightforward interview with HR, good dialogue. It felt like a productive interview. Nothing out of the ordinary, or hard hitting questions. At the end, I was passed to the hiring manager (or so I was told) who would reach out to set up the next interview once they returned from an out of town meeting.
