It was a very swift interview process.
And consecutive round where scheduled quickly.
And even the feedback of interviews where immediate.
Thanks to my HR Mandeep for the quick and continous follow up on the interview process.
The technical rounds where quite challenging.
Due to covid all the interview's where done through video call.

All where technical questions related to Kronos in technical rounds and scenario based questions in manager round
Initial one on one; then with manager and a couple peers asking basic questions regarding experience and to gauge if a good fit would be made with team members and if skillsets aligned.

Entretien
Starts with a phone screen, then two hour interview with 4 managers back to back. Overall pleasant experience. Was rusty when it came to interviewing personally, so my answers weren’t directed around how I’ve helped customers. Received valid feedback and recommendations for positions to look for in the future.
