2 phone screens followed by a take home test that was estimated to take 3 hours I spent 6 hours just getting all of the criteria completed only to be told I didn’t do as much as the other candidates and wouldn’t be getting through Sure enough the other candidate spent 14 hours what a horrible waste of time
