Resume was submitted by a current employee so I was fast track to the HR recruiter That call was about 30 minutes going back over background, and making sure you are ok with the travel requirements, the next step was a video interview with the managers They ask you to prepare a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation on a scenario that they will give you My interview went well and I thought I was going to move on to the next step. My interview was awesome I was very prepared But I was not selected. Why did I think I was going to move on because I was a former employee. I am told there are not a lot of people of color that they will hire. My first time working for them there was not a video interview Everything done via phone
