I was referred by a Twitch employee and was contacted by someone in HR immediately after wanting to set up an interview. We chatted for a half hour and all went well (even though the interviewer didn't know anything about advertising). She then said I would be put in touch with the Hiring Manager for the next round. After several follow-ups later and still no response/feedback from her, I found others at the company to get ahold of. Turns out, my interviewer was either fired or quit and no one picking up where she left off. Was very unprofessional and I (still) wasn't given a fair chance.
