There was a Take home Excel test due within 48 hours. The case takes about 6 hours and was assigned on a weekday. After submission, no one responded with feedback, so I had to follow up over a week later. Immediately after following up, the recruiter sent a generic rejection email with no feedback. It was evident that Turo does not appreciate the candidates’ time or effort given the 6 hour case on a weekday. I’ve gone through many interview cases, and this was the least pleasant experience so far.
