Initial round was a phone screening and background. Next phase was on site that required a couple of technical interviews and culminated in a model fitting exercise. Entire process wasn't too long.

Phone screening, 2 technical rounds based on sql and python. It is medium difficulty and nice and professional interviewers. However I got rejected but the overall experience was good. I think the reason was because of the sponsorship.

I met with 3 different people. The last was the lead and the most technical. I was quizzed on OOP and general computer science principles.
The recruiter lost me through the cracks, which was frustrating. I had to keep calling back and they finally put me under a new recruiter. It sounded like a slow moving bureaucratic kind of place.
