The interview process was really quick and easy. I actually applied the day before I received the email stating that I should come for an interview. The interview went really well from my point of view. The office manager was there as well as another manager who was present via video call.

Very chatty, I felt at ease as soon as I walked into the office. I could tell one interviewer was more interested. I felt positive about the interview but was rejected via email that same evening.

Tell us a time you worked with a difficult customer and how did you handle it?
I felt that the decision for this role has already been decided before I had even attended the interview. The whole process felt rushed. I also felt that I did not have much experience but the only way to get some sort of experience is if some individual or firm gives me a chance.
