Began with a basic phone screen, I got invited to the next round of interviews with an Operations Manager and Regional Manager. I was contacted again for another round and interviewed by another Regional Manager. After this, I did another final phone screen with who would've been my direct supervisor. I received an offer letter by the end of the week.

Straight forward and easy going. They market their environmental specialist program well and are keen on hiring young professionals to advance internally. I have completed a phone screen interview and second virtual interview and am waiting to hear back. So far the entire process has been about 4 weeks.
